Ever since I was young I enjoyed stories from the bible. From those night where my dad would read from a small purple bible story book, to the numerous sunday mornings with my pastor telling of the many adventures of those depicted in the bible, I've found myself fascinated by the history and significance of what happened so long ago. I was thrilled to discover the "Manga Messiah" series. This particular book chronicles the history of Israel from the time the children cross the red sea to the end of the reign of king David.I'd also highly recommend the first three issues of the manga messiah series.

During the reign of the Kings. This is a beautiful retelling of the Faithful Bible, the Word of God, set forth in a Manga style comic. I love it. I have them all.

My daughter LoVeS these, and has been asked about them by other kids, parents, and even her teacher inquired about them for her niece.
